Dear Prospective Sponsor,

On behalf of the NTX Cowboys Youth Football organization, we would like to extend an invitation for you to become a sponsor for our Spring and Fall football season in 2023.  The NTX Cowboys Youth Football organization is a non-profit organization whose mission is to:

·         Promote community citizenship

·         Develop strong work ethic in youth

·         Provide youth with organized competition in a safe environment

·         Instill values of hard work, respect, and commitment

·         Teach youth the fundamentals of the game

·         Instill values of education and community service by encouraging players to maintain satisfactory grades and participate in team community service events

Our organization is open to all youth regardless of race, religion, gender or ability.  Each year we strive to keep our football program affordable for all participants.  Unfortunately, youth football is expensive and not all of the families within our organization can afford the cost.  We ask for sponsorship to help subsidize the cost of registration fees, new equipment or apparel, travel expenses and scholarships for those players who cannot afford to play.

STAR ($500)

·         Your company logo will be added to our website along with a hyperlink to your company website

BRONZE ($1,000)

·         Item listed in Star level;

·         Your company will receive a sponsorship plaque thanking you for your support

SILVER ($1,500)

·         Items listed in the Bronze level and

·         Your company name will appear on our banners which are posted at all home games

GOLD ($2,000)

·         Items listed in the Silver level and

·         Halftime public address announcements at home games

PLATINUM ($5,000)

·         Items listed in the Gold level and

·         Your company logo will be placed on select team apparel

·         NTX Cowboys spirit items

DIAMOND ($10,000)

·         Items listed in the Platinum level and

·         Your company will receive promotional boosts on all of our social media sites at least three times during the season

·         One official sponsor NTX Cowboys game day jersey

·         Vendor booth space at a home game of your choice

The NTX Cowboys Youth Football organization is a non-profit organization and all donations are tax deductible.  All checks should be made payable to NTX Cowboys and mailed to NTX Cowboys at P.O.
